Before becoming a UX Designer, I supported thousands of small business owners at Bench Accounting - a B2B fintech startup that provided bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax-filing services.
It was in this role that I learned to approach problems with a human-centred lens, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and conduct research to provide deliverables under tight deadlines.
